Content Guidelines

To help spread the appeal of our games to more people, we broadly permit secondary creative activities such as gameplay streaming and let's plays for the titles listed below. Please read and understand these guidelines before creating content.

Applicable Titles

These guidelines apply only to the following game titles.

• Hyakuju Escape
• Rolling Harley
• Invasion of the Sushicat

Basic Streaming & Posting Policy

• Individuals and corporations may create gameplay videos, let's plays, and live streams of the above titles.
• You may show the entire game story and content, but please provide spoiler warnings.
• Please refrain from extracting and redistributing game data or assets (images, music, text, etc.).

Monetization

• Monetization through official platform features such as the YouTube Partner Program, Twitch Partner features, and Niconico Creator Incentive Program is permitted.
• Monetization through other methods (e.g., video sales, paid streaming, NFTs) is generally prohibited.

Prohibited Activities

The following types of streaming, posting, and activities are strictly prohibited.

• Use for the purpose of defaming or mocking the game content
• Publishing excessively edited or modified content that significantly damages the game's worldview
• Obscene, violent, discriminatory content, hate speech, or content violating public order and laws
• Activities related to religious, political advocacy, or antisocial forces
• Commercial use such as merchandise sales using game names, logos, etc.

Title Display & Links

• Please clearly state the official game title in video titles and descriptions.
• Where possible, please include links to official store pages or websites.
• When using hashtags, the following format is recommended: e.g., #MOTTAINAIGHOST #HyakujuEscape etc.

About Fan Content

• Fan art, parodies, voice replacements, edited videos, and other fan content are welcome.
• However, please be careful not to infringe on third-party rights (copyright, portrait rights, etc.).
• Commercial activities using characters or worldview (e.g., merchandise production/sales) require separate permission.

• These guidelines may be changed or updated without notice. Please check the latest version before streaming.
• We are not responsible for any trouble or damage arising from streamed content.
• If violations of these guidelines are confirmed, we may request video removal or take legal action.
